Transgender athletes were dealt a tough blow from SCOTUS this week. Here’s some analysis of the opinion from trans lawyer, writer, and BWC client Sam Ames.

Primary elections in Montana — with new rights activated!
Part of our work with ACLU Montana.
Montanans were able to register and vote on election day, thanks to the ACLU’s work in court.
“District court judge…grant[ed] a preliminary injunction to stop implementation of a bill passed in 2025 that would have restricted Montanans' right to register and vote on election day” just ahead of the June primary election.
We made sure Montanans knew their rights before and on election day!

We finished “A Practical and Research-Based Toolkit to Change the Narrative on Transgender People,” which highlights the findings of the project so far.

Intersex activists are building a digital museum — and they need your help.
Strategy Lab for Intersex Movements (SLIM) is led by one of our TONS partners, Sean Saifa Wall, PhD.
SLIM is fundraising for this digital archive: “[W]e are not only committed to sustaining ourselves for the next six months but delivering a historical touchpoint that grounds intersex communities regardless of their income or location.”
