The annual Out & Equal Workplace Summit is "the largest LGBTQ+ workplace equality event in the world," bringing together "more than 3,500 executives, DEIB practitioners, ERG leaders and members, and influencers."
BWC worked with Out & Equal to facilitate an interactive workshop that allowed trans and nonbinary business leaders to discuss their experiences being visible members of the community as well as craft and share personal stories for professional advancement.
