As national leaders in pediatric care, The Children’s Hospital Los Angeles serves thousands of patients annually and employs hundreds of the nation's leading pediatric healthcare professionals. They provide compassionate patient care, leading-edge medical education and conduct innovative research efforts that impact children around the world.
In a continued effort toward expanding their diversity and equity initiatives, CHLA worked with us on a transgender inclusion training specifically tailored for the pediatric healthcare provider. We opened this training to all CHLA staff; offered an intimate Q&A for their LGBT employee resource group; and created custom tailored resource materials for healthcare professionals.
