Every year, Boston Scientific holds its Global Virtual Employee Resource Group (ERG) Summit, a day of curated content focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. We worked with Boston Scientific to create and conduct a workshop on transgender identity and allyship to the trans community, reaching employees located around the globe.
